Improved Stock HUD

An improvement to the default HUD while keeping the artistic feeling of the original.

I created this specifically with YouTube videos in mind because showing your own name in videos is helpful information for random viewers to have. I also fixed a lot of ugly looking bugs, so it looks a bit more polished and professional than vanilla.

-Entire teammate panel has been raised higher to show more of the blood spatter outline under each survivor HUD. (Compare PC and Xbox screenshots to see how much clipping the PC HUD has by default.)
-Local player name is now shown on the HUD. (Great for YouTube videos!) The background texture has been modified to include the empty black box necessary to contrast the name properly when displayed.
-Fixed the local player bleedout HUD clipping on the bottom.
-Local bleedout HUD size has been increased to transition better with the taller Alive/Dead HUD. (Taller from the new name element being added.)
-When a teammate is idle, it is listed next to their character's HUD like it was in L4D1. This also helps identify joining players, as a bot will be listed as idle while a new player loads in. (Not functional in Versus or Scavenge modes where idling is not functional.)
-Fix the + sign not lining up properly with player's health in the local player bleedout panel.
