[WOTC] Global Memorial

Description
Because we should always remember the fallen, even after the war.

Tracks soldier deaths across multiple playthrough, accessible through character pool from the main menu, or saving them into the character pool forever.

Note: You must load the latest save for each playthrough with this mod active to import existing soldier deaths, keeping the mod active allows you to keep tracks of further soldier deaths.

You may enable/disable this mod anytime, disabling the mod will not delete previously imported deaths. (Stored as XComMemorial.ini in your config folder in Documents, be careful when cleaning those files up)

You also can't change epitaph outside of a game because I have no way to determine which data is newer when you load a game, if you change it in ini it will reset to the saved game's when you load the game that the soldier died in.

TODO:
Some summary stats?
Localization support
Auto soft-character pool

LOCAL CONFIG: If for any reason you are deleting your config folder in your documents folder, you'll need to backup and restore XComMemorial.ini or you'll lose all your global memorial entries.

Compatibility Note:
No overrides, should have no incompabilities.

Question/suggestion/idea: Does this track separate campaign deaths as a MOCX soldier? If not, it could be cool to have that differentiation of Deaths as XCOM and Deaths as MOCX. I switch my roster up quite a bit between campaigns. Thought it could be a cool thing.

Thank you for making this mod! Would love to see more of this type of Global tracking if at all possible and if you're interested. Stuff like total kills, total kills by enemy type, times as X class, etc. Just ideas of course. Much appreciated!

Sorry for rambling, thank you for making!

I mean, it's after they die that their bio becomes the most interesting. It's sort of silly of Firaxis not to include it after they've gone. Any updates I've put in there will be wiped out.

Thanks for this! I wish it were possible to record their biographies - or does that potentially run into a space allocation issue?

That'd be a lot of rookies for me lol
Across all the games I've played so far, completed and not, I've only had 4 high ranking soldiers die from misclicks and shit RNG deciding it was their time to get hit by a 20% shot and have it crit for all their health. Normally I just have the two rando-rookies from the tutorial mission on there, because believe it or not there was a weird bug for me were I got two casualties without even playing the tutorial
