Part of a series of mods to add unique effects to the playable species. This mod gives florans a 15% damage boost as part of their primal instincts.

Still waiting for someone to do a mod for a smart/advanced Floran! I want mine to be like you find in books that have learned to talk normal. Just overlap your characters speech like he was human?
