Urban/jungle warfare along the Congo river. The opposing forces start practically on top of each other, for a confused and bloody brawl.

This scenario is unusual in that the opponents start practically on top of one another. It represents the confused and bloody nature of a civil war fought in a mixed jungle/urban environment. The water hexes represent the broad Congo river in flood, and rubble represents shanty towns with scattered bonfires.
