M&T [SUB MOD] Food Information

If you've ever felt confused by MEIOU &Taxes 2.01's food system, this is the submod for you! This submod of M&T adds a food tab to the province interaction button that will show you how much food the province produces, consumes, imports from the continent and exports to the region. It also adds additional information to the population and economic tabs like innate fertility, wealth generated from mines and percentage urban gravity. Finally the submod makes it so that the "That's all" buttons within the various information tabs go back to the province info view for easier browsing.

Current version is compatible with 2.01.07.
