After the ambulance crashes in chapter 1 of The Evil Within, Juli wakes up in the crashed ambulance alone, she manages to crawl out and she sees an illusion of The Administrator standing in the woods. He disappears and she manages to get to her feet. She then decides to go look for Sebastian and Joseph.
