Zack Ryder

When Zack Ryder first began appearing in WWE (as Brett Major), he and Curt Hawkins (as Brian Major) worked as a tag team on the ECW and later Smackdown brands. Both men dressed up like Edge at Armageddon 2007 and got involed in Edge's World Heavyweight Title match, then joined up with Edge as The Edgeheads.

Not long after interfering at Armageddon, the former Brett Major was renamed Zack Ryder. Ryder and Hawkins would interfere for Edge repeatedly until mid-2008, and on their own, would win the WWE Tag Team Titles.

Ryder's partnership with Hawkins ended when Ryder was drafted to ECW. On ECW, Ryder began to take on a heel Long Island persona.

While not appearing on WWE TV very often, Ryder began his own YouTube web series and gained a cult following. Due to his increased popularity, Ryder began appearing on TV more often.

Ryder's popularity with the fans helped earn him several chances at the US Title, which he went on to win at TLC 2011. Ryder would also win the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 32. Both title reigns were short lived.

More recently, Ryder had been teaming with Mojo Rawley as The Hype Bros, but Rawley turned on Ryder in December 2017.
