Replace the main menu icon with commander campaign selection screen icon from Warhamme40K Dawm of War Soulstorm

If you want to see the mod work before entering the game,put addon on this address
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2 (Or whatever drive you install L4D2)

As you may know the standard menu screen of L4D2 only contain 8 icon while there are 9 of the commander,luckily Arinnas | Trade.TF made an excellent mid that allow the hidden mod to be reveal along with it icon
