Adds new neoliberal policies as well as more realistic policy effects and a more realistic version of the United States of America in terms of GDP size and Debt to GDP ratio. I recommend playing this mod with the U.S. on 200% difficulty as that's what I tested it on. It was designed to work with all the DLCs except for Clones, etc.

New policies included: Land Value Tax, Earned Income Tax Credit, Monetary Policy, Free Trade Agreement, Housing Construction Subsidy, Desalination Plants (to help you deal with water shortages if you play with the Clones DLC after all), and a few others.

To use it, paste the Neoliberal folder into your Democracy 3 game folder (this should be under Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Democracy3). Move the Neoliberal.txt file from the folder to the Democracy3/data/mods folder. Hope this helps.
