I would, however there are 2 problems with this:
1. Not everyone has HL2:EP1/2 installed
2. The creeper (with its current animations) cannot attack, only walk, therefore restricting any kind of AI-based attack.

you should of made it a zombine because zombines hold nades and of course, EXPLODE!!!!!
