Disable Action Camera

Small mod that disables auto zoom and pan when melee and shooting attacks happens, agents detected or modded guards enter/exit mainframes as a daemons.
Intended to reduce lags on netbooks and low-end devices and gave more "Manual Camera" for those who uses "Manual Camera".

Red/black color overlays preserved, but blinking time at shooting and some other intervals are shortened.

To install subscribe to mod, start II, press "refresh mods" in "gameplay" tab of options, restart II

*to turn mod off you need to unsubscribe and refresh mods or delete mod's folder "workshop-1225950244"
**not tested with auto-camera, but if you play with auto-camera you don't need it
