yes it has incap textures for every survivor in the vpk. My vision on this is that modders should define custom vtf names within vmt for survivor replacement mods.
Some known modders actually do it that way.
There is a way to fix it for you though - if you repack the vpk with removing all those _incap textures first, or by opening the hud .vpk with notepad++ (it's free)
and ctrl+h to find s_panel_rochelle_incap.vtf and replace one letter in it (I usually change last one to "x" - that makes it "incax" in this case).
This workshop version also, as far as I remember, has conflicting files with my own game menu mod.
All latest versions are at l4dmaps. None of my workshop mods are receiving updates, I do not have access to them due to a bug.
I'm also in sort of hiatus and don't know if I'll resume modding/supporting my mods later on.
