Pollution!

Description
Stellaris always seemed a bit stale when it came to development, you always just 'grow' and 'grow', with no stagnation or real micromanagement needed. More mining facilities = good, more power plants = good, no biolabs = good.

Many technologies have grown obsolete due to their limited value, meanwhile others have become dominant. The large game empires suffer no economic changes whatsoever, and seem to sit there as well as ever without any stagnation.

I have decided to try and change this with the power of GLOBAL WARMING (and other fun things). Every building now has a quirk, such as power plants increasing GLOBAL building upkeep, mining stations decreasing local habitability, and all the science facilities having their own little bonuses (extra resources and materialist attraction + a little quirk for each one).

Now, carelessly spamming mineral facilities and power plants is likely to cause economic collapse, where you need to make use of buildings such a biolabs, farms and power hubs to compensate. Of course there is even more! With some changes to adjacency effects for numerous buildings, good positioning is key to good efficiency.

The plethora of building changes is your to explore! While I am aware that this may be unbalanced, it has not been tested to any significant degree. Thus any feedback would be appreciated! (and a quick tip is to really try to get power hubs...).

This mod's compatability with others hasn't been tested, however it should (maybe) work with (possibly) mods that (potentially) don't change buildings.

Possibly, I don't really know yet! It's really just an experiment to see if I can try to make the game a tad more interesting.

Though I don't think the AI should be affected much, looking at the AI code and how the AI plays it should be fairly consistent with the changes, but as I already said, I don't actually know!

My main concern is that this will screw over the AI decision programming completely.
