Use double-stabilised quicksilver and lead to fabricate extremely potent poison.
My solution: 330/195/74

Rules of the weekly:
All arms must be placed on a track.
All tracks must loop. A single track piece is not considered looping.
An arm is not allowed to rotate while holding an atom.

Additional quirks:
Glyph of Disposal is disabled
