Card Collection - Extra Ranks

Contains the regular playing ranks with additives (0-15, J, Q, K, A) with varying properties:

- 8 Suits (Bullets, Orbs, Spades, Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds, Stars, Nuts)
- 8 Colours (Black, Green, Purple, Blue, Red, Bronze, Silver, Gold)
- Inverted cards, where the background is the colour and the icons are white

Also contains a regular and monochrome joker.

Note that each combination of suit and colour is a different image, which means there's 131 unique images (including back face and jokers) that need to be downloaded for a total of almost 20MB.

This is intended to be used as a card collection, where you can expand the save and pull in whatever kinds of card you need.
