Festive weapons for SS3 and SSHD

Description
Adds in festive variants of the weapons, in the form of light bulb wires. These variants replace the default weapons.

Whats the most satisfy thing than lights around your weapons ? These Festives really reminds me about TF2, this thing deserve to be tried !
