The year is 2563. The Human-Covenant War is over, and the galaxy is now rebuilding.
However, the old Insurrection has returned.
After a surprise attack on the Paris-class frigate UNSC Aegis Fate, the Insurrection has captured an EMP device, only known as the "East Wind Device".

Sierra-118, commander of the 501st Special Operations Legion, is currently in charge of anti-Insurrection operations across the colonies. Their ship, a joint construction project between the Swords of Sanghelios and ONI Shipbuilders known as the "Doomhammer."
