Features of the map:

- Jail within the Police Station
- Mayor office (1st floor in PD)
- Mayor bunker (lift from mayor office)
- Canal
- Plaza
- Rising bridge (automatically or manually controlled from mayors office)
- Shop Shutters (covers over windows & doors)
- Shop alarms (switch off automatically after a short period of time)
- Bank & vault
- Forest area with a shack + shed
- Improved apartment buildings
- Hospital
- Traffic lights
- Texture changes
- Working train
- Abandoned radiated subway tunnel
- Cinema

- Added Navmesh for Civs/GMaps...
- Added 'Player Clip' over all houses with a roof
- Added 'Clip' on the sides of the bridge due to the falling Civs
- Added more 'Area Portal'

- Edited/Fixed version of 'rp_downtown_em_expandeds'

So why dont you just download CSS Content Addon?
I can't pack materials/models... with map it's from Valve Game called 'Counter-Strike:Source' and i dont want any stupid letters from valve.
