If the full city is a little heavy on your PC, maybe this reduced version will help.

If further reductions are necessary, the storage containers along the coast are pretty easy to clip, as well as the light house and the E-Tower up on the hilltop to the left (blocks connecting this tower to the main grid are all hidden in rock, so it may be a little tricky if you want to cut all of those out).

I have requested permission to take this over and update it.
Request was made on the full city version.
Still waiting to hear back from the author on this.
I am working on the main version and updating it.
Credits will be given to the author for the org. build it's a cool city.
