im getting a unit cap bug with this currently. I know the tomb kings update broke a lot of mods and im guessing this one hasnt been fixed. if that is the case you need to change the unit cap from 0 to -1

Could you slightly increase their recruit and maintenance costs?
It feels a bit too cheap for their stats as you now have no reason to have regular swordsmen.
