A map containing plenty of forest, wetlands, town and rubble hexes, representing a small city on the north bank of the Amazon river.
Combine forces are trying to withdraw from the region. A larger Paneuropean (Nova Brasilian) force is approaching on the road in the northeast corner of the map, or on the eastern edge of the river (in the case of water-mobile forces). The Combine commander may attempt to ambush the Paneuropeans on the road; any remaining forces will be scattered in the town or south of the river.
The Paneuropean player's job is fairly straightforward: annihilate the enemy before he can regroup. The Combine player must either hit the Paneuropeans while they're still vulnerable or avoid contact until he can rally his smaller force. The Combine's main advantage is good defensive terrain and the ability to deploy fixed artillery.
