Christmas tree with blinking lights

Description
Christmas tree with options to select light mode:
- all on
- all off
- blinking (1s interval, easily changeable)
- alternating colors (blue -> green -> yellow -> red)

Width/depth 17 blocks. Tree height 25 blocks + 2 for machinery.

if you mean the christmas lights, you either wait for the holiday event to come around again, or ask someone to come craft them for you (if you are very lucky, someone might even have spare recipes lying around)
