Fast One-Way Tram Track

Description
A fast one-way tram track with a speed of 80. This road cannot be used to hold stops and the noise radius as been slightly increased. This road also doesn't allow for pedestrians. These changes were made in an effort to increase realism and balance.

Pretty easy to do with traffic manager, still has use if you're too lazy to do that.
