- This mod is permanently discontinued, development has ceased permanently. All ownership rights belong to Generalis.

War Never Changes was a total overhaul mod for Hearts of Iron 4 based on the Fallout universe. The mod used canon content but in areas without lore we put in fandom nations as well as our own.

This mod was the official successor to 'Fallout Mod' by Dawn253.
