Description
**Requires the Hearthfires DLC**

This house mod is an alternative to the standard Hearthfires homes. It is prebuilt but has many of the DLC features. Three Bridges Farm is in a beautiful area near Dragon Bridge. Sit on the back deck and take in the sights of three bridges and salmon running in the nearby Karth river. Here you can operate your own small farm by working in your garden, planting what you choose, and keeping bees. There are also chickens and goats! You do not have to find a key, finish a quest, or pay for anything. Just Subscribe (button above) and fast travel to begin making this your home.

Inside you'll find plenty of custom features including a spiral staircase and interesting furnishings. Use your Hearthfires oven to make pasteries and display your trophy kills on pedestals in the armory. You'll also find all crafting facilities in the basement forge and upstairs landing.

Be sure to fully explore the house for a few little surprises. (Do you fear the day? You'll find comfort here as well).

**Requires Hearthfires DLC**

Features: Outside
- Apiary for bee keeping
- garden with some pre-planted vegetables/ingredients and some open soil for planting
- raised planter with open soil for planting
- flour mill
- horse stable
- chickens with nests
- goat enclosure
- small dock with chair for fishing (role-playing only, unless you use another mod that adds fishing)
- beautiful location
Inside
- Weapon storage (plaques and racks throughout)
- Ample safe storage (barrels, satchels, chests, safes, lock boxes, etc...)
- All crafting stations (smithing in basement forge, enchanting and alchemy in upstairs landing)
- Hearthfires oven and vanilla cooking pot in kitchen
- Custom bookshelves
- trophy pedestals (three small and one large)
- armor mannequins (six)
- weapon display cabinets
- open display cabinets (not just for weapons)
- master bed gives Well Rested effect

Notes:
**Requires Hearthfires** Why? Because the oven, planting soil, apiary, and trophy pedestals require that DLC.
**This mod does not provide the ability to move your spouse and/or children here** Why? Because adding that feature requires more editing of the Skyrim world than I am willing to do. You can try other mods that focus on that feature. I recommend Custom Family Home

Update 14 Feb 2013:
Added flour/wheat mill

Update 11 Feb 2013:

The mannequins are just the basic games ones, they do tend to behave strangely.

Eeeep! This is just what I've been looking for! When ever I make a character, I like to have a little backstory for them, and my newest character is a imperial-altmer who grew up on a farm :3 This is perfect for it!
