Vector 10 Hover

Description
Vector 10 hover is inspired by the https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=918670698, it took me forever to make a working hover tank/car i did not ultimately hate but here it is. It also has 2 mount points for static weapons and 1 mount point for a small turret. Next up hover defense free roaming and guided platforms.

On the moon this vehicle can get some serious air time semi space capable.
