One of the top names in the last decade of the Heavyweight divsion, Anthony Joshua managed to compile an impressive record and become a household name in his native England. Bringing a Gold Medal home at the 2012 Olympics, Joshua was well primed to enter into the professional ranks

While some of his early foes were obviously overmatched, Joshua was able to step up in calibur and defeated Wladimir Klitchko in a tremendous back and forth contest in 2017. Quality wins over Joseph Parker and Alexander Povetkin followed into 2019, when Jarrell Miller challenged for the title.

Unfortunately, Miller failed his drug tests, which set up Andy Ruiz Jr. to replace him in the title fight, and in one of the most shocking upsets in the last thirty years, managed to defeat Joshua in a thrilling slugfest. By December, a rematch was signed, after which Joshua reigned supreme once again, having outboxed Ruiz across the distance.
