Description
Block count: 198

Meet the successor to the Adder, my vanilla fighter aircraft. This version is a more finely-tuned craft, featuring torqueless engines, ice proof construction, and a reduced block count.

Controls:
Up, Down, Left and Right Keys: For Inverted Flight Controls
T,F,G,H Keys: For alternate controls
Q/E or R/Y: Controls yaw
L shift: Toggle thrust
L ctrl: Reverse thrust
C keys: Fire cannons
Z and X: Accelerate or decelerate
N and M: Raise or lower landing gear
Mouse click for camera views.

Tip: Pull up landing gear as soon as possible with N to create more lift. You will need to pitch up to take off and have propeller blades fully pitched (Z key).

Constructed using 100% vanilla techniques, no mods used = vanilla. Looks great with or without the skinpacks. See this video for a showcase of some of the methods used, any questions as to how I did particular aspects I am happy to answer.

Yeah it's really high, the map fades out, I'm not going to bother making things iceproof anymore, no need

I flew all the way up until I couldn't see the map anymore and didn't freeze so I guess it's gone. Or at least, it's so high it's no longer relevant.

Cheers Ross, is it gone now? That screenshot was taken a few days ago, I know it's a lot higher than it used to be when I took that screenshot

It's cool that you used the multiple button mapping to include inverted controls! I also see that you got a screencap from before they got rid of the freezing at high altitude mechanic. 😉
