de_cypre_fix

Description
T-R3X3R's de_cypre (which is based off of de_tuscan), except i fixed/changed a few things that were annoying me.

Fixed:

-The ladder on B

-The unclipped platform on A

-Some bomb stuck spots

-Broken navmesh areas

Changes:

-Added new hiding spot on A

-Changed cover on A

-Added radar

-Removed bench at T mid

-Changed skybox

-Removed a few barrels

-Added gates to the entrances of the tunnels

-A few other changes
