CNC Civs - The Soviet Union

Description
Adds the Soviet Union (Red Alert 2 iteration) into Civilization V as a fully playable Civilization, led by Premier Alexander Romanov. Their unique ability provides them with bonuses to their Golden Ages, strengthening their military forces and increasing the pressure of their Ideology. Coupled with extremely powerful unique units, the Soviet Union becomes a dangerous force to be reckoned with when in a Golden Age. Their playstyle emphasizes focusing on the Civilization's happiness value, as the Soviet Union's military and ideological power will increase while in a Golden Age, and Golden Ages will occur much more often while the Soviet people are happy.


====!!!! IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE !!!!====
This mod requires the Brave New World expansion pack to work, and WILL NOT function properly without it. However, as with every other mod I have created, I have chosen not to modify the dependency setting to require Brave New World, so those that do not have it can use the mod as they please. However, the mod is almost guaranteed to be a horribly broken - but playable - mess without the second expansion pack, so if you do not have the Brave New World expansion pack, proceed into a game with this mod at your own risk.


====Unique Ability - Great Soviet Revolution====
Soviet Golden Ages last 50% longer, and while in a Golden Age, the Soviet Union receives a +50% bonus to their Tourism output and all Units receive +1 Movement and a +10% bonus to Combat Strength.

====Unique Unit 1 - Apocalypse Tank====
One of the most powerful tanks in the world, the Apocalypse Tank is a devastating heavy tank equipped with not one, but two main cannons, mounted into the turret. Because of this, the Apocalypse Tank is capable of executing a minor ranged attack against enemy forces using its first cannon, then moving into melee combat and decimating their opposition using the second cannon. With the Armor Plating 1 promotion, the Apocalypse Tank is also a very formidable foe on defense, and its armor ensures that it will live to fight another day. This power comes at a price however, as the Apocalypse Tank requires two Aluminum resources to construct. Replaces the Giant Death Robot, rather than the Modern Armor.

====Unique Unit 2 - Typhoon Attack Submarine====
The Typhoon Attack Submarine is much stronger and more survivable than Nuclear Submarine, it replaces, but has no ability to carry missile units, guided or nuclear. Thanks to this hull armor increase however, the Typhoon Attack Submarine is much more effective in direct naval combat, even against ships that possess bonuses against submarines.

Music tracks used:
The entire Red Alert 2 soundtrack, rather than just a single war and peace theme, has been used for the Soviet Union. The track Jank has been used for the Dawn of Man audio, the track Power has been coded as the primary peace theme, and the track Destroy has been coded as the designated war theme.



====Known bugs====
- The Apocalypse Tank receives the Spear Throw promotion used by the Zulu's Impi unique unit, and because of this, it receives a Combat Strength bonus against gunpowder units, including the Mechanized Infantry. I was unable to create a new promotion to fix this, so unfortunately, the bonus is here to stay.
- When looking at the information bar at the top of the screen, a Golden Age will display as a "CARNIVAL!" instead, and when mousing over it, a tooltip will read "Because of your unique Carnival bonus, Tourism output is currently +100% with all civilizations and you are earning Great Writers, Artists, and Musicians 50% faster." It is lying. Do not believe its lies. You are only receiving a +50% bonus Tourism, that's all. If there was a way for me to remove and fix this issue, I would have done it, as I caught this very early in development.

Report any other issues you find here. Whether it's a game-breaking mod-related crash, or a simple typo in a Civilopedia entry, I want to know about it so I can fix it as soon as possible.

Download the mod, activate it in the mod menu, if it doesn't work right off the bat you'll need to look into the game files to make sure it downloaded properly.

We had just really hostile relations and I think he was out of gold considering his massive armies
