Chase Camera Distance and Tweaks

Description
This mod is based on MarceloJunior06's work for ETS2.

This mod lets you zoom out the chase camera way, way, WAY farther than ETS lets you by default. The screenshot shows max zoom out without a trailer.

It also eliminates the zoom in/out effect you get when as you speed up.

Finally you can see the road in front of you in Case Cam ;P

It's good, but it should really be an "optional mod", because it doest not affect other players in a convoy.

I'm surprised this still isn't a part of the game, ETS2 is our beloved game, but that doesn't mean it has no flaw.

Accidentally deleted a comment, sorry. I misread things and of course, now that the game is OUT of 1.39, this should work with it without a problem.
