ZeroG Burke-X

Long has Burke serve as the backbone and workhorse of the ZeroG Fleet. First developed after the expansion event, the origanl Burke was means of a support frigate for the ZeroG military.Soon after Burkes introduction it was often reconfigured for a multitude of different applications. Here at ZeroG we envisoned Burke to be a heavy military support unit for Akuan space protection. But the civilan applications is here Burke really shined. With the Akuan government soon placing orders for Burke units, they were using them to run cargo and equipment for expanding their reaches.

So now we arrive at Burke-X a combination of the ZeroG vision along with the civilan population. So lets start with the newest features Burke-X offers

-Upgraded the Hull plating!
-Expanded Cargo Bay!
-Hydroponics Bay!
-Cryo Sleep Camber!

Utilizing ZeroG's all new Triton Drive Reactor, we have increased Burke-X use on higher gravity atomspheres. Burke is now outfitted with a few different roles right out of the gate.

-Burke-X is now able to support a larger crew with the capabilites for longer deployment times.

-Able to deliver supplies, troops and multiple vehicles to establish outposts and colonies easier.

-Onboard repair faclities to keep vehicles running in top condition.

-First consumer avalible ship to connect to the ZeroG Deep Network. This allows all ships to be connected directly to ZeroG network. This allows ZeroG to provide assistance in the event of malfunctions and support for hostile encounters. This also allows ZeroG to update ship systems remotely to provide offsite upgrades to ship systems. (This all was directly related to the Omega Project which has since be declassified, for a overview of the details click here. )

Very nice rework of a great design! My friend CW has this ship on the server PVE Palace. There are some really good builders there, and this one stands out. Intuitive layout for the interior is very easy to use. Keep it up!

@cLAy_piGeon Thanks! I been really enjoying these new X series ship we at ZeroG have been working on. I tend to favor the ship designs for the Aliens franchise. I love the grittyness of them. But I have been trying to expand my designs from my earlier works

I like different shapes. I don't really think much of designs that are like Star Wars and Star Trek from contibutors. It seems to me they have very little creativity. Your ship is creative. Thumbs up.

@Ionicvision Yup, I am slower going these days as I don't want to rush anything out. So I work on multiple ships and switch back and forth between them now. I do this to not get burned-out.

@Naomi.Seto Make sure to send all me pics of your modifications, I would love to see em! Also I have brought both my Frost and Gorman HV's into the shipyards to start upgrading and refitting them for more practical uses. Stay tuned!

@CW It's been a fun ship to work with. I compared it side by side with the original Burke and am happy with the outcome. So I hope it does you well!
