Liftoff Manager Updated

An updated version of dan123's version (I did look at lye's version for some inspiration).

You don't need a timer block, since I have set it up to use the update frequency.

The only config you should need to do is the up thruster group, and the LCD panel name. The up thruster group is the group of hydrogen thrusters that will launch the ship, and the LCD panel will output information on the launch.

This script uses my minification program[github.com], and as such the main code block is obfusticated. The full source can be found here[gist.github.com].
