4th version : Coming soon = it's ready to upload but since there's no workshopper for gmod 13 I can't upload it and gmad seems complicated to use.
In this version : removed bloom-lighting, added buildings, props, roads... Improved buildings (doors, flat added) Removed hills (too much problems with them)
Coming soon : Improved interiors and beach area

3rd version : added hills, changed skybox, fixed some bugs and added new interiors & details
I know, some other bugs like too bright lighting or garage door will be fixed in the new update :)
