The Shard

Description
The Shard are a Rebel Breakoff group of the Crystalline faction. They are very dangerous, but their weakness is plants. Plants sometimes grow on the hulls of Shard ships, meaning more resources but terrible mobility.

The Shard have been in a competitive arms race with a rival faction called the Corruption Goo. Each new technology brought by one faction is quickly redesigned by the other faction.

The Shard have made planning their ship designs a priority to be better than their rival.

Uhhhh... you can’t scale the blocks up... so big ships are impossible.

Pros: Strong weaponry.

Cons: Plants grow on them.
Hard to build with.

Just about everythings weakness is plants. Ecpecially Melee ones.
