- rearanged Turrets (left / right / front / rear)
- 850 cargohold
- 9000 shield (90 revovery)
- 250 weaponenergy / 10 EPS reload

These changes result in a higher build cost than mk2 crusiers, which have 2x the hull health rating. Which makes them largely irrelevant since it would only make sense to build the mk2 crusiers since they are heartier and more powerful. Also increase cargohold for non-player owned military ships seems pointless extra cost.
