Everyone's favorite frantic guy that hangs out in bathrooms with gigantic shards of glass ranting about revolution when he's really just making the whole zombie thing worse.

Part of DrKelexo's team in Melvbash 1, I couldn't seem to place his data from Returns so I just remade him entirely. I looked up how his boss fight works in both games he's appeared in and being accurate to that was an interesting challenge. He resulted in a character that has a LOT of kesagiri chops, elbow bunts and occasional shoves to the ground, and an AI that takes full advantage of how nimble he is. Expect tons of post jumping, irish whips and general running around with this guy.

His 4 outfits (which I just went with alt palettes because I couldn't really come up with anything else here) are:
