Era - 1990s - AJPW

Formerly a "Dynamic Dude" with Shane Douglas in the NWA, Johnny Ace went overseas to All Japan Pro Wrestling in 1990. A decorated tag wrestler in AJPW, he won its their tag titles with Kenta Kobashi, Dr. Death Steve Williams and Bart Gunn on separate occasions. His offense was innovative for the time, with his Ace Crusher being the inspiration for many finishers to come.
