This is just a small edit of the rp_downtown_evilmelon_v1.

Changes

ᅠᅠUpdated jail second floor in PD
ᅠᅠNew "countryside area"
ᅠᅠUpdated bank
ᅠᅠSmall update in gunshop opposite the hospital
ᅠᅠSome cosmetic changes
ᅠᅠRoof on the bank and on one building now accesable
ᅠᅠBridge across the canal now static
