@RapidCorrus Are you using the basic color tool? If yes, you need the "Hat Painter & Crit Glow Tools" (Without ") by NO LOAFING! and use that tool instead.

when I apply them they just cover the entire model, im I doing something wrong

The tentacle's textures? it goes on the "Teamcolor" textures if I remember correctly, since I am not on Gmod if I'm wrong I'll correct myself in a bit.
