Mage Robes Comments Fix

Description
People will now comment about you wearing mage robes with all types of college robes.
This includes both variants of the Archmage robes and all Master/Expert/Adept/Apprentice/Novice robes.

Without this fix, they would only comment if were wearing novic

Does this also add comments if wearing Necromancer Robes? I think that would be an added layer of immersion if it did.

Sorry but i have never since i played the game have i heard comments about mage robes. So is this a bug in my game,and will this mod fix this.

Going to try it out, every bit of added atmosphere is good in my book.
