The first part is ok, I guess.
The second part is where the fun begins. Here are some things i noticed:
* The green button should probably be changed to a button timer, due that its only porpuse is to open the gate . Cube type buttons usually are not used for timer porpuses and when it is used, it can confuse the player.
* There is a sound error ("Oh fiddle stick, what now") when getting to the place to get the second cube.
* Black brush on where the second cube is (maybe change the brush to a fizzler and add a inditification to show how to disable it).
* Not a good indication on what one of the buttons does ( the one that opens the exit button location ).
* You can get stuck on the exit button by jump into it when it is open (why did you had such a button constructed?)

There are some other minor stuff, but the ones I listed are probably the ones you should look into.
Still, good work in a way.

I can't figure out how to solve the second puzzle. I've gotten the two cubes onto the two buttons but no idea where to go from there, also I've tried dumping the cubes in the big tube in the middle and that doesn't seem to do anything either.
