New Alchemy and Enchanting Effects 1.8 (former Black Alchemy)

Description
New Alchemy and Enchanting Effects 1.8
=============================================================================
also available at: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=10329

UPDATE: Dragonrend and bane Enchant, Summon Dragon Enchant, Firecloak Enchant, Luck!, and MUCH more!

This mod makes many of the existing effects from quest objects, shouts or ablilities applicable via enchanting or alchemy.
It also adds many cool new effects and recipes for potions and poisons, as well as the rarest ingredients to new merchants.
Some ingredients are just too rare in vanilla skyrim now you can at least get them for a lot of cash.
You can buy rings with the new enchantments from the merchants, disenchant them and put the effect on another object.

Everything is made from scratch so it should be compatible to everything.
I only changed the value of human flesh and heart in the vanilla files.

Most of the stuff is for mid- to lategame, so I made it very expensive. Nice new way to spend money if you got plenty...

New Stuff: (only some of it)
=============================

Enchanting: - Speed, Luck, Fire Cloak, Candlelight, Ward, Fortify Enchanting, Absorb Spells, Fortify Magic Magnitude/Duration,
Permanently Summon Dragon, Falmer, Sabrecat, Bambi amd many more.
New Dragon Damage and Dragonrend Enchantment

Alchemy: - Dragonrend, Dragon Damage, Fire Raste for burning arrows, etc

Recipes: - Recipes for the most complicated potions and poisons. Scroll down for details.

Ingredients: - Jarrin Root, Human Heart, Human Flesh, basiclly all available ingredients can be purchased. Some new ingredients.

Gear: - Nocturnal/Thalmor Mage Outfit (as powerful as archmage but more aggressive), more to come...

Recipes:
================
- Double Tap: Dam Health, Ling. Dam Health
- Shields down: Weakness to Fire / Frost / Poison
- Crippler: Dam Health, Slow 50%
- Madman: Dam Health / Magicka / Magicka rate, Frenzy
- Berserk: Dam Health / Stamina / Magicka / Magicka Regeneration, Frenzy
- Overkill: Dam Health, Ling Dam Health, Ravage Magicka, Paralyze
- Reaper: Ravage Health / Stamina, Dam Health / Samina Regeneratin, Resist Frost
- The Stunner: Paralyze / Dam Health / Ling Dam Health
- Superbad: Dam Health / Magicka / Stamina / Magicka Regeneration
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Out of here!: Fortify Carry and Stamina
- Slow Healing: Fortify Health and Magicka Regeneration
- Sharpshooter: Fortify Marksman
- Hero Warrior: Fortify Two Handed, Stamina and Fire Resistance
- Hero Defense: Fortify Health, Health Regen, Heavy Armor and Fire Resistance
- Ubermage: Fortify Magicka, Rgenerate Magicka, Fortify Destruction

... and many more. Most potions and poisons are self explaining. Try Dead Man Walking or Backstabbing Poison. They are badass!

I tried to balance it to blend naturally into the game. Please comment for improvements.

PLEASE ENDORSE! GIMME SOME NERD LOVE!

Lore
==============================================================================

A strange guy hangs out at the Bee & Barb in Riften. Folks call him the 'Black Medicus' but nobody knows his real name.
Actually, nobody likes him being at the pub, but they don't have the guts to send him away.

Characters who don't fear moving in legally gray areas, may find that the Medicus has some interesting stuff to sell though...

The Medicus is a Master of Poisons and sells some stuff the other merchants wouldn't dare to.
He knows the recipes for the real badass poisons with up to four effects. He'll also sell you some very rare ingredients to create them, including human flesh and heart.
Some of his homemade poisons are worth trying too...

Meanwhile in Dawnstar, the daughter of old Frida in the Mortar & Pestle has returned from her studies in Cyrodil.
She discovered some interesting new enchanting effects like making oneself faster and dragon damage.
Also, she brought a stunning and powerful mage outfit from Divine Elegance in the Imperial City. Worth the Price!!!!

At the bridge in Riverwood, a shady guy from a long line of shady guys has arrived in skyrim to sell... wait for it... lockpicks.
Actually he also sells most crafting items. Useful.

Also, it would be awesome if someone can tell me how to make the guy an alchemy trainer.

Until then, enjoy…

I'd like to report some bugs with this mod: First the Ayelid Agility improves speed when I does not say so (minor issue)...however is scales up WAY too fast, I had something like +2,000 % Stamina regen, and unequipping the boots did NOT remove the speed increase, making it very hard for slow, precise movements. Also it interacted oddly with other enchantmens, somehow doubling their effectiveness and resulting in all kinds of unusual enchanting glitches...other than that the mod is PHENOMONAL!

Wait. Isn't an enchanting enhancement the greatest gameplay failure of all times ? Hope you put a limit to it (like +50 or so), because we would rapidly end with way too high enchantment skill.

For some reason, none of the vendors do sell to me. I have not been able to figure out why. Fiddled around with load order and everything. But nothing solid I can put my hands on.
