Clawhammer AAPC (Assault Armored Personnel Carrier)

Based on the Hammer MBT chassis, the Clawhammer lacks the main gun Artillery weapon of the Hammer, and slightly thinner armor around the passenger area to make space for passenger seats. Clawhammer can carry 8 person squad into combat at full speed to match the Hammer MBT, both are meant to work together with the Hammer providing heavy fire support to the troop carrying Clawhammer.

Update: Chassis upgraded to Warhammer specs, improved performance for climbing/acceleration. Cosmetic change to underside to reflect upgrade.

Update 2: Hardened Steel blocks all replaced by Combat Steel Blocks, overall armor enhanced greatly

The Hammer series of tanks is inspired by the series of novels Hammer's Slammers by David Drake.
