Infinity-Gaming Server Modifications

Description
This contains multiple improvements, fixes, and tweaks specifically for the Infinity-Gaming PvE server.

Current changes:

-Insulated Wood Fence Foundations changed to use their correct model and material/textures. By default, they are mistakenly using the Stonebrick versions.

-Zamorian Thief Armor (Female) is now easier to color and is more vibrantly colorable in general. Dyeing will no longer produce mostly near-black colors. More coloring zones are also available. Will eventually add male version of textures that are not shared.

-Removes the light shaft from Tier-3 Altars

-All Crafting Stations and Altars now Lockable

-All doors and gates now Lockable/Unlockable

Special thanks to CoOkIeMoNsTeR, creator of the Pippi mod, for assisting me (AKA doing for me essentially entirely himself) in making the lockable/unlockable doors and fixing an issue with the lockable crafting stations. Hey, currently there is only a fix for the Insulated Wood Fence Foundation, which by default is using the Stonebrick version of the model. However, we will also be adding other changes. I am currently working on making the Zamorian Thief Armor easier to color, with more colorable slots.
We also have ideas of adding a custom currency system, among other things. I will start a list of changes.
