Description

Sorts Civilizations in GameSetup in alphabetical order - by Civilization name and not by Leader name.
The changes work directly for Advanced Setup. For the usual GameSetup, you have to go to "Single Player->Custom Game".

Also works for Staging Room in Multiplayer Games (s. JdH's CiV MP Mod Manager[civ5.jaiiderherr.de] or Multiplayer Mods Workaround).
