The old cruiser GLS Olympia was wrecked. The ship had major flaws, so instead of fixing it, they simply scrapped her and built a replacement. That replacement is GLS Pearl, a more versatile protected cruiser that causes slightly less lag.

Probably not as this is a 3 year old so the gmod updates probably broke it. Only suggestion I have is to try to see if it works in single player as I made all my stuff in single player mode.
