A "!buy" plugin itself is supposed to be on server. It's usually powered by SourceMod, example implementation: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=278448 . It's not guaranteed that this addon will be fully compatible with plugin I've linked.

hey i got the menu framework and the radial menu open when i use radial menu to buy pills it pormpt " Dia_saigh: /buypills #5463 or varying number but no items not sure whats going on to keep it from happening

Suscribe to this addon and to Menu framework . Then go into the game's options and configure your keys (you will see additional options in the bottom): https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/shqke/screenshot/922544871726378457
In the game you have to hold any of the bound keys to invoke a buy menu you need, almost each menu has a submenu which can be opened by choosing ' ... '. To close menu without selecting anything you can press right mouse button.
