Destruction Spell: Whirlwind

Description
My second attempt at a mod, was intended for my own interests but thought I could share.

Adds an adept level destruction spell that fires a 60 damage cyclone (which also has a chance to send your target up the air), Its really just ripped off the shout.

Gold and magicka cost is about the same as Ice Storm, can be bought of any local wizard (Farengar for example)


Needs Dragonborn DLC!

Can you make different levels of the spell? Such as an expert spell that is bigger and a master spell that is as big as the shout.

Right, anyway, pretty sure destruction magic doesnt scale, which seems to be what youre implying? CK says the magnitude = absolute damage value which is, yeah, 60.

Mind you, what with my other mods, that could be modified even further. None the less, it would be a million times worse because then all that shows is how much you need to rely on other well constructed mods for your own to operate.

Let's see here, at 100 destruction (lol) it does 180 damage at a 20 ft radius. You didn't nerf it, just broke it, which is OK. The only bad thing is how much this shows your inability as a modder to successfully balance something.
