Description
INFOS
Because the default skin sucks, this new skin adds a new wood texture, with a wooden stock.
Reworked original texture with an higher contrast !
Feel free to leave your suggestions :D

According to MrBrightside, this skin represents a 1945 version.

INSTALLATION
If this mod doesn't work, please follow these instructions :
- go into your steamapps folder
- copy steamapps/workshop/content/447820/1258765413/realist_fg42.vpk
- paste to steamapps/dayofinfamy/doi/custom/

the stock on a first patern fg42 should be metal not wood otherwise loks great

in L4D2 the are a nice model of FG-42 but taht guy dont do for insurgency and DOI

Look good, though I think the metal should be a little brighter and the wood should be a little darker. Not sure I like the wood texture. Cool skin though.

btw this is the first version (the 1942 model) not the later (1943-45?) version. Good mod tho

the wood stock is model 2 but the pistol grip is model 1 so you actually made a not real fg 42 model

Wood textures look like snake skin, but other than that its pretty good

the wood produced like this makes sense but the wood texture is more funky looking then realistic
